Interviewer- Do you have any questions for me?

Neal- Will you reject me or select me?

Interviewer- Wait for the result.

Neal- Do you want me to waste my time for another 15 days thinking about getting selected in this job?

Interviewer- What do you think? Will you get selected?

Neal- It’s you who should decide. But I don’t want to waste my time.

Interviewer- Prove me you are better than others. I will select you right now.

Neal- Ma’am, I gave my best. I gave my 100 percent.

Interviewer- Why would I select you? You just performed good. But all other candidates performed 2 times better than you and gave their 100 percent.

Neal- No, I also gave my 100 percent.

Interviewer- No, you didn’t even gave your 20 percent. You are just overconfident.

Neal- That’s what I wanted to prove.

Interviewer- What?

Neal- I just proved, I’m better than others.

Interviewer- How?

Neal- You just said the best candidates performed 2 times better than me with their 100 percent. Right?

Interviewer- Right.

Neal- And you said, I performed below my 20 percent potential. Right?

That means when I will perform with my 100 percent potential in your company, I will perform 2.5 times better than other candidates. Right?

Interviewer- [Speechless]
